Shipping charges are determined automatically and displayed before checkout when ordering online.
Shipping Policies
KarenTDesign.com ships prepaid and invoices you for the charges. UPS is used most often. However, if needed other shipping companies can be used.
When will my order be shipped?
Usually all orders received before 2:00 PM PST are shipped on the same day. All orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day. International orders also will be shipped as soon as the orders are processed completely.
How to Ship to AK, HI and PR
Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air. Hawaii shipments may take an extra day due to time changes and Puerto Rico orders may be delayed 1 day due to customs.

The shipping costs and methods for all international orders will be determined after the orders are placed and processed completely.

Returning Merchandise
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any items for a full refund. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. In order to process a return, please call our office during our normal business hours (M-F 9:30AM-5:30PM PST), or send an email to:info.karentdesign@gmail.com with the following information:

Reason for return: (In a few words explain the problem)
The return request MUST be within 3 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customer error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all shipping charges.
Refunds/Store Credit
Authorized returns will be refunded the full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as returns are received. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.
